Founding Product Engineer
Own features end to end across the React/Vite workspace and the FastAPI event-sourced core. You care about the seam between a beautiful interface and a correct system.
Backend / Infrastructure Engineer
Deepen the event-sourced core — the decision log, projections, the working/decided membrane — on Postgres + pgvector, and the Terraform that stands it all up. You think in invariants.
ML / Inference Engineer
Own the inference seam: script → breakdown extraction, embeddings, clustering / convergence. You make the model honest about what it does and doesn't know.
Product Designer
Design the workspace where creative teams converge and decide — dense, fast, calm under pressure. You've shipped tools professionals live inside all day.
Studio Partnerships Lead
Bring the first cohort of studios and ad teams onto aether. Part evangelist, part product partner — you translate between the edit bay and the roadmap.
